Paper liners are used for making panettone . They are made of baking paper, which is suitable for baking at high temperatures.
It can withstand temperatures up to 220 degrees Celsius. It is also suitable for freezing and for use in a microwave oven.
Paper liners are convenient to use because they do not require additional greasing with oil or flour. Simply place the paper liner in the panettone tin and pour the batter into it. After baking, you can easily remove the finished panettone from the liner.
